Somerville Youth and Play is a charity that provides a range of services targeted at young people aged 12-19 years old. The charity wanted to provide access to an upper floor in a building situated in South East London.
Paul Streeter from Ability Lifts was asked to identify a suitable product for the project. The Optimum 100 vertical platform lift. with its compact footprint and low running cost was chosen. Maeve McAnallen from the main contractor, Credeco limited said “Ability provided the best value for money”.
Ability worked with the main contractor to ensure all details and requirements were highlighted early in the process so that the installation would be straight forward. Again the main contractor commented “the install was seamless……..probably the best subcontractors we had on site throughout the project”.
The lift was delivered and installed in a two day period and to the main contractor programme dates. The main contractor was extremely happy with the service he had received and noted “I would not hesitate to recommending Ability Lifts.
